Complete the form below and submit your deposit to confirm your date at the Packard Proving Grounds.
Booking & Deposit Information
A $500 non-refundable deposit* is required to hold a date. Balance is due 90 days prior to the event.
A separate check for a $300 Security Deposit is required 90 days prior to the event but is refunded after the event once it has been verified that no damage has been done to the site.
To secure your event:
- Submit the Event Date Request Form below.
- Submit your $500 non-refundable* deposit.
- Checks should be made out to The Packard Motor Car Foundation [a 501(c)(3) charitable organization].
- Mailing address: Packard Proving Grounds, 49965 Van Dyke Ave., Shelby Twp, MI 48317.
- Checks may be hand-delivered to the office during business hours.
- You may come into the office or call to make your deposit by credit card. A 3% fee will be charged for credit card transactions.
- Once your request and deposit are received, we will follow up with you to confirm your date.
