Tour payments are not refundable, but they are transferable if a tour is rescheduled ahead of the tour date.

To schedule a historic tour for your group, please see the calendar here to check for date availability, then complete this form and email the completed form to maryanne@packardprovinggrounds.org.  If you need to request a same-day visit, please call or text 586-739-4800 or use the “Text Us” button on the bottom-right of the screen.

Weekdays from 9am-3pm are best for group tours.  If your group would also like to hold a meeting with or without lunch onsite, we have 24 – 60” round tables which seat 8 per table, and 20 – 6 ft rectangular tables, plus up to 100 chairs. We can also assist in connecting you with a local caterer for boxed lunches or a catered meal.
